Jeff started his commercial kitchen career as a crew leader and quality assurance manager on the Disney World contract, one of the largest kitchen service contracts in the industry. For more than a decade since, he has helped Texas operators build smart, safe, and reliable kitchen maintenance and fire protection programs. As President of Boss Fire Protection, Jeff leads the licensed team behind every inspection, red-tag repair, and system install across Dallas-Fort Worth.

Sam grew up in Groesbeck, TX and put himself through Baylor University to earn a B.S. in Computer Science. After consulting for Ernst & Young on technology planning for large companies, his entrepreneurial drive led him to build a private wealth advisory practice alongside real estate, energy, and service-company investments. Sam led the partner group behind our sister company Hood Boss in 2013 and the launch of Boss Fire Protection, with the goal of transforming how commercial kitchen fire safety is delivered in Texas through efficiency and technology.

Trae grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. After graduating from Texas A&M University with an engineering degree, he worked as a sales engineer for Nalco Chemical, then went on to build multiple real estate and service-related startup companies. His approach to mastering the fundamentals of business, paired with strong leadership and customer experience, has been a winning formula for years. Trae is proud to be a partner at Boss Fire Protection.

Tom has always been an entrepreneur focused on building strong relationships. He grew up in El Paso, started his first business in high school, and graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a degree in Finance while starting his second. He built one of the first lender and real estate partnerships in the mortgage industry before joining the partner group in 2013. Tom works closely with his partners to develop the sales and customer service teams.

Nick spent 15 years as a manager and general manager across restaurant and family entertainment concepts, then worked in every department of our company to understand what customers need from each side of the business. That diverse background gives him a sharp read on each client’s individual needs, and his customer-service instincts fit naturally with how we work.

Cassie was born and raised in Southern California and made her way to Texas in 2014 with her husband and children. She worked closely with our ownership performing system audits before joining full time, bringing a corporate background in sales, finance, and route engineering efficiency. Her goal is to help educate clients in the ever-changing field of commercial fire protection and life safety while keeping customer satisfaction high.

Eric studied hotel management and administration at Oklahoma State University and carries thirteen years of restaurant management experience. Running restaurant operations and working with vendors from the operator’s side of the counter gives him a rare perspective - he knows exactly what facility managers expect from a fire protection vendor, and he holds our team to it.

John has over 10 years of experience in culinary science, restaurant operations, and hospitality management. He started with us as a technician while finishing his Bachelor’s degree at the University of North Texas, then moved into account management. John served two combat tours in the Iraq War as a United States Army Infantry soldier - he knows how to get the job done, and his field-first background helps him execute the mission of excellent service for every customer.
