Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean record required
  • Texas B-Class license required
  • Minimum 1 year experience installing, inspecting, and servicing commercial fire extinguishers
  • Willingness to learn and motivation to train for a K-license
  • Strong knowledge of all manufacturer fire extinguisher maintenance
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
  • Comfortable working in outside conditions and on ladders where needed

Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, and service commercial fire extinguishers
  • Shop work on fire extinguishers
  • Maintain the service schedule
  • Prepare and submit job reports daily
  • Inventory and maintain the work vehicle
